Cancellation/Amendment Policy
Non-refundable rate: no cancellation/amendment is applied
Refundable rates:
- If cancellation notice is received less than 07 days prior to arrival, 01 night of room charge will be imposed for all rooms reserved.
- If cancellation notice is received less than 03 days prior to arrival or no show, cancellation fee equivalent to the full duration (100%) of stay room charges will be imposed.
- In case of no-show: 100% amount of full length of stay will be charged.

Children under 06 years old :
- Sharing bed with parent or using baby cot (for Children under 06 years old) . Free of charge.
Children from 06 to under 12 years old:
- Sharing bed with parents Extra 100.000 VND/night
Children from 12 years old and above is considered as an adult. Extra bed is required at surcharge of VND 300.000/pax/night, including breakfast.
Maximum 01 extra bed per room
Baby cot is available upon request and free of charge. Maximum 01 cot per room.
